The next Board Meeting of the New York City Housing Authority is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Ceremonial Room on the 5th Floor of 90 Church Street, New York, New York 10007 (unless otherwise noted). This Board Meeting will also be streamed live on NYCHA's YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/nycha and NYCHA's Website at https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/about/board-meetings.page

These Board Meetings are open to the public. To provide comment in-person, all speakers are required to pre-register, at least forty-five (45) minutes before the scheduled Board Meeting. Comments are limited to the items on the Calendar. Speaking time will be limited to three (3) minutes. The public comment period will conclude upon all speakers being heard or at the expiration of thirty (30) minutes allotted for public comment, whichever occurs first. Comments may also be provided to the Office of the Corporate Secretary by e-mail at corporate.secretary@nycha.nyc.gov or by mail at 90 Church Street, 5^th Floor, New York NY 10007.

Please note that the Minutes for prior Board Meetings and the Calendar for the upcoming Board Meeting may be obtained by visiting the NYCHA Website at https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/about/board-meetings.page. Copies of the Calendar may also be picked up at the Office of the Corporate Secretary at 90 Church Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY, 10007, no earlier than twenty-four (24) hours before the upcoming Board Meeting. Copies of the Draft Minutes may also be picked up at the Office of the Corporate Secretary, no earlier than 3:00 P.M. on the Tuesday following the Board Meeting. Any changes to the schedule will be posted on this webpage and via social media, to the extent practicable, at a reasonable time before the Board Meeting.
