The preferred method of procurement for Human Services contract is competitive sealed proposal method as discussed in Section 3-01(c) of the PPB Rules. This is an open ended RFP to procure supportive housing. Proposals need to be evaluated and score to determine whether viable.
Description

The NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) is the lead agency for procuring service awards for the 15,000 supportive housing units. Ongoing contract management will be provided by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). This RFP will provide funding solely for the congregate model. 
Congregate supportive housing Svcs at 1600 Macombs Road, Bronx, NY Round 8. (74 units)
