Description

For the East Delaware Tunnel Outlet (EDTO) Emergency Reconstruction, located in the Delaware System and discharges water from Pepacton Reservoir via the East Delaware Tunnel into Rondout Reservoir. The project is intended to design and manage construction of repairs to the EDTO structure, including demolition and replacement of the Bypass Stilling Chamber and repairs to the Upper Chamber.
