IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by 2136 Crotona Parkway Housing Development Fund Corporation pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section No. 3d:

 

1.         eliminating from an existing R7-1 District a C1-4 District bounded by East 182^nd Street, Southern Boulevard, East 181^st Street, the northeasterly prolongation of a line 150 feet northwesterly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet westerly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet southwesterly of East 182^nd Street, and Mapes Avenue;

 

2.         changing from an R7-1 District to an R8 District property bounded by East 182^nd Street, Southern Boulevard, Hornaday Place and its northwesterly centerline prolongation, Mohegan Avenue, East 181^st Street, the northeasterly prolongation of a line 150 feet northwesterly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet westerly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet southwesterly of East 182^nd Street, and Mapes Avenue; and

 

3.         establishing within a proposed R8 District a C2-4 District bounded by East 182^nd Street, Southern Boulevard, East 181^st Street, the northeasterly prolongation of a line 150 feet northwesterly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet westerly of Southern Boulevard, a line 100 feet southwesterly of East 182^nd Street, and Mapes Avenue; as shown on a diagram (for illustrative purposes only) dated May 11, 2026, and subject to the conditions of CEQR Declaration E-897.
