Description

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a non-significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Operation and Maintenance of Programming, Events, or Other Services at Randall's Island Park, Manhattan.

There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 1:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, Icahn Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 10 Central Road New York, NY 10035.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, July 10, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
