Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) and Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(d) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules (“PPB”) Rules, there is a limited number of vendors available and able to perform the work and it is not practical or advantageous to award a contract for these services by competitive sealed bidding or competitive sealed proposal.
Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) and Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(d) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules (“PPB”) Rules, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition contract with Liquidity Services Operations LLC dba GovDeals. The contract term is from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028 and the contract amount is $2,918,910. This notice is for information purposes only.

Any firm that believes it could also provide these requirements will be considered in future procurements conducted by the Agency. Expressions of interest can be sent to alichen@dcas.nyc.gov
