Timing does not permit for a full competitive process and DYCD would like to ensure continuity of services until there is a new procurement in place to solicit competitively for these services. This request is a result from our SYEP consolidation where Children's Arts & Sciences Workshops had both traditional SYEP and Ladders for Leaders. This request is to ensure their Ladders for Leaders contract continues without disruption.
Description

This contract belongs under our Ladders for Leaders portfolio which is an extension of Summer Youth Employment. This contract will be a NAQ to align with our current Ladders for Leaders contracts that expire 10/31/2027.
