The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor materials, travel time, equipment and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required for the removal and disposal of dead, poor conditioned, diseased or structural unsound street trees and stumps in the boroughs of Bronx and Manhattan in the City of New York for the City of New York Parks & Recreation (“Agency”).
