The PEAK Program is an education-focused Alternative to Placement (ATP) intervention designed to support justice-involved youth under probation supervision through structured, community-based programming. Under this extension, CASES will continue to provide comprehensive academic and youth development services in partnership with educational institutions and community-based organizations.

Services include the delivery of a structured daily program that integrates academic instruction, credit recovery, workforce readiness, and social-emotional development. Participants receive individualized support designed to improve school engagement, strengthen life skills, and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Programming is delivered through a combination of classroom-based instruction, enrichment activities, and supportive services that address the educational and developmental needs of participants.

Through participation in the PEAK Program, youth are provided with opportunities to build academic competencies, develop career readiness skills, and establish positive connections to school and community. CASES will coordinate closely with DOP staff and partner organizations to ensure consistent engagement, monitor participant progress, and support successful program completion.
