Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, the New York City Department of Probation (DOP) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) with Youth Justice Network, Inc., for the continued provision of services under the Parent Support Program.

The Parent Support Program is a family-centered, peer-driven intervention designed to support parents and caregivers of justice-involved youth under probation supervision. Under this extension, the provider will continue to deliver individualized, one-on-one coaching and guidance to families, helping them navigate probation requirements, Family Court processes, and related service systems.

Services include ongoing peer coaching, monthly workshops, and connections to community-based resources and benefits beyond DOP. Support is provided both in Family Court locations and within the community to ensure accessibility for families when and where it is needed. YJN and DOP work with Parent Coaches to provide guidance during both traditional and non-traditional hours, including urgent or time-sensitive situations.
