Description

The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) for the repurpose of the Village Hall building and surrounding park area for a parks-use at Tappen Park, Staten Island.

There will be a recommended remote informational meeting on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. If you are considering responding to this RFEI, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. The link for this remote site meeting is as follows:

Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site (Block #523 & Lot #1) (“Licensed Premises”), which is located at 111 Canal Street, Staten Island.

 

All proposals submitted in response to this RFEI must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
