Description

The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor materials, travel time, equipment and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to treat and prune trees that have been or could become infested by Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis) (EAB), as directed by the Project Manager, in the borough of Brooklyn and Staten Island, for the City of New York Parks & Recreation (“Agency”). This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN, 84626B0020, into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the CSB, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. The pre-bid conference meeting will be on May 20th, 2026 at 3:00pm. The bid opening date will be on May 28th, 2026 at 3:00pm. Both will be accessible through a Microsoft TEAMS call.
