Description

Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the renovation on 25th Floor, 1 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007. Estimated term of the contract is three years. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
