Description

The funds for this contract have been provided through a grant from the Medicare Improvement for Patients & Providers Act under the Department for the Aging's (NYC Aging) Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program (HIICAP) as the lead agency for the Medicare Part D and the Low-Income Subsidy Outreach project. The funds will be used to assist older adults to enroll in the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug program and to reach Medicare beneficiaries likely to be eligible for the Part D Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) and the Medicare Savings Program.
