The NYC Department of Sanitation (“DSNY”) Health Care Facility is an occupational health facility with a medical staff that evaluates the medical condition(s) of its uniform and non-uniform employees. Evaluations include fitness for duty, safety, return-to-work, and pre-employment evaluations. DSNY is seeking to hire a Contractor that can provide X-rays with Interpretations for DSNY’s pre-employment screening program. This screening process is essential for candidates applying for the Sanitation Worker position, as it involves a thorough medical evaluation. During this evaluation, candidates are interviewed, and objective medical evidence, including X-rays, is required. The purpose of obtaining these X-rays is to assist the Medical Director and/or the designated medical team in determining whether the candidate meets the necessary qualifications to work for DSNY.
