Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of this Advertisement (including, without limitation, any attached specifications and any Terms and Conditions attached or incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written). The College reserves the right to request financial information, and references for projects of similar size, scope and complexity completed within the past three years from the bid submission date. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the standard Clauses for NYS Contracts (Appendix A). The restricted period has begun with the Publication of this advertisement. ADDENDUM #1 - Questions and Answers 

The Borough of Manhattan Community College ("College") of the City University of New York is seeking a vendor for the purchase, delivery, and installation of Yamaha pianos to replace old, non-functioning pianos in the music classrooms and practice rooms at BMCC Fiterman Hall 245 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10007. We would also like the vendor to move existing pianos to other rooms.
