The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Summons Services Outside NYC (PIN: 25BSECH01901/ EPIN: 06926B0001). This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Thursday April 16, 2026.
