Description

The New York City Department of Sanitation (“DSNY”) seeks to enter into non-exclusive requirements contracts to hire equipment for emergency snow removal operations during and after heavy snowfalls when such services are required. The contracts will cover snow piling and hauling services, as well as the incidental towing of private vehicles that interfere with DSNY’s ability to plow the City’s streets.
