COMMUNITY BOARD NO. 10 - Thursday, 7:00 PM, April 16, 2026, at Grace Episcopal Church, 116 City Island Avenue, Bronx, New York, 10464. A public hearing with respect to an application to the NYC Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) from I Bud You, Inc. to open an adult-use retail dispensary at 1446 Williamsbridge Road, Bronx, New York, 10461.
