NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 104 of The Public Officers Law, that the mayoral Charter Revision Commission (THE “COMMISSION”) will hold a public meeting in accordance with the New York State Open Meetings Law at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Dechert LLP, 1095 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036.

Members of the public should display ID at the lobby security desk to be admitted to 28th floor reception. Since space is limited, members of the public may also attend the meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams:
