Description

Correction Notice - This correction notice serves to revise the renewal ending term listed in the original notice of intent ad published on Jan. 1, 2026, from June 30, 2028 to June 30, 2029. The term now correctly states, “The renewal term of this contract is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.”

Pursuant to the Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 4-04, the Administration for Children’s Services intends to renew its contract with The Children’s Village for the continued provision of a program to provide assessment and prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (“CSEC”). The Children’s Village headquarters is located at 1 Echo Hills, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. Renewing this program allows ACS to continue year-round programming to assess for and prevent sex and labor trafficking for trafficked youth and youth at risk for trafficking. This program includes teaching and coaching youth on topics such as healthy relationships, safer sex practices and community safety, using developmentally appropriate engagement strategies; and provides individual assessments, group workshops, and referrals to community-based organizations for youth and training for staff. The renewal term of this contract is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. The renewal total contract amount is $693,750.00, and the EPIN is 06822P0009001R001.

This notice is for informational purposes only. Anyone who would like to share comments or concerns regarding the providers’ performance and other factors relevant to the renewal, or if you wish to get a copy of the contract summary, contact Peter Pabon via email at peter.pabon@acs.nyc.gov.
