Description

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids to procure in bulk, bioheating oil to be delivered in bulk for use by the City of New York or, picked up by city trucks from designated terminals. Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFX in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
