This is a notice that the Department of Correction is seeking comments from the public about the proposed contract below.

Contractor Address: 22-62 45th Street, Astoria, NY 11105 

Scope of Services: The project encompasses two independent cell wings, each containing 48 inmate cells and 4 auxiliary rooms (totaling 104 access points across both wings). Each wing operates using its own PLC hardware and wiring infrastructure, which must be integrated into DOC’s unified Genetec security ecosystem for centralized command, monitoring, automation, and video-assisted situational awareness. This modernization initiative aims to replace manual, panel-based workflows with automated, rules-driven functionality, enhancing operator efficiency, reducing human error, and improving DOC’s ability to escalate, track, and respond to security-critical events in real time.

Maximum Value: $330,000.00 

Term: March 2, 2026 through March 2, 2029.
