Description

The service to be procured is the Resident Engineering Inspection Services in Connection with Reconstruction of Hill Drive Bridge over Prospect Park Lake, Borough of Brooklyn. This Procurement is subject to participation goals for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) as required by Section 6-129 of the New York Administrative Code. The MWBE goal for this project is 30%. A Pre-Proposal Conference (Optional) has been scheduled for March 23, 2026, Time: 10:00 A.M. through Zoom. Proposers who wish to attend the Teams Meeting/Conference can access by using the Teams Link provided in the RFX" Section - SETUP Tab - Pre-Proposal/Pre-Bid Conference Section in PASSPort. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP must be submitted via PASSPort.
