Description

This is a notice that New York City Health Department is seeking comments from the public about the proposed 2 (two) contracts below.

 

Contract Type: Contract

Scope of Services: The contractors will provide recreational and socialization programs to meet the needs of individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Individuals will be able to participate until age 21 years, or as they become eligible for state sponsored services. This will be accomplished by providing a range of recreational and socialization services for children and youth with ASDs who are ineligible to participate in state funded programs. Develop an individualized service plan for each enrolled participant outlining goals and activities, monitor participants’ progress toward individualized goals, and provide structured recreational, educational, and socialization activities designed to promote peer engagement and skill development.
