Description

NYC Health + Hospitals, is seeking Construction Management (“CM”) firms to provide comprehensive construction management services on an as needed basis for various design and construction projects related to infrastructure enhancements, modernizations and rehabilitations. While there may be larger projects, most will range from $1M-20M in construction costs. Individual projects will be awarded either via assignment or a mini-RFP process.
