Description

DHS intends to enter into a one-year Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with Westhab, Inc. for the Willow Ave Men’s Shelter, located at 781 East 135th Street, Bronx, NY 10454, and Holiday Inn Express, located at 113-10 Horace Harding Expwy, Queens NY 11368.  The total contract value is $18,747,548.00 and the proposed contract term is from 5/01/2026 to 4/30/2027.
Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
