Description

The Office of Media Productions and Record Management under GSS, is requesting to purchase a 24month service contract to provide all labor, parts, repairs, and maintenance of bindery print and finishing equipment to continue coverage as the previous contract, CT1 069 20211401864 expired 6/30/24. This will be a blanket purchase order, not to exceed $200,000.00 Eff; 02/01/26 to 01/31/28. The Print Ship is responsible for providing print services to multiple programs within HRA as well as other city agencies. Continuing coverage on this equipment is essential as it is relied upon to produce all literatures designed for the various program initiatives.
