Description

DHS/HSO intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) for on-site medical and behavioral services at Atlantic Assessment Men’s Shelter with current provider Sunset Park Health Council Inc. DBA Family Health Centers at NYU Langone.

The proposed budget for this NAE is $1,670,545.00 and the term of this extension is from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. The Health Service Office is currently drafting a new RFP.
Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rules Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein.
