The New York City Human Resources Administration through its HIV/ AIDS Services Administration (HASA) intends to renew one (1) contract with Common Ground Management Corp DBA Breaking Ground Management, 505 8th Ave, 5th Floor, New York, New York, 10018, for provision of permanent supportive congregate housing and services to HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) clients, who have a history of mental illness, substance use disorder, or mental illness with a co-occurring substance use disorder. The renewal term of the contract will be from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2030.
