Description

This project consists of the removal of the existing low sloped roofs and replacement with a high R-value roofing system. Deteriorating brick parapets at the east, NW and SW will be rebuilt. Deteriorating terracotta parapet caps will be restored. Existing HVAC and MEP equipment, ductwork, and refrigerant and piping will be removed during construction, stored, and reinstalled with the pre-existing equipment and systems after roof replacement work. Deteriorating ductwork will be removed and replaced with new ductwork.
