Description

This Project consists of replacement of the existing air handling units which have passed their useful life expectancy with a new energy efficient air conditioning system and a new building management system (BMS) control system at the Bushwick Branch Library. This project is to provide an environmentally sound HVAC system designed to meet occupants' needs through the most efficient and positive means, with the lowest initial and life cycle costs. The roof will also be upgraded to meet the 2020 NYC Energy Conservation Code and to prevent storm water leakage.
