The Procurement will be released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the Procurement, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal. A Pre-Proposal Conference via TEAMS is scheduled for March 2, 2026, Time:10:00 am. The Procurement is subject to participation goals for New York State’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as required by FTA and FHWA; however, there is no DBE goal set for these projects.
