Description

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Records and Information Services (DORIS) intends to enter into negotiations with O’Neil Software Inc. to purchase a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) for physical and digital records management, and compatible with our existing on-premises warehouse management system. DORIS has determined that O’Neil is the sole provider of both RSSQL and O’Neil Stratus. Any firm that believes it is qualified to provide these items is invited to do so. Please indicate your interest by responding to the RFI EPIN 86026Y0046 in PASSPort no later than 03/09/2026, 2:00 PM. If you have any questions, please submit them through the Discussion Forum of the subject EPIN in the PASSPort system.
