Description

The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the MURPHCOMF – PRB Bundle - Special Inspections Design-Build project. The scope of work the project is to construct (5) new public restroom buildings in parks and playgrounds located in Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Designs are to utilize NYC Parks Standards for Public Restrooms. Each one-story building is approximately 720 sf and will consist of three rooms: a multi-stall men's room, a multi-stall women's room, and a mechanical room with service equipment.
