Description

HRA is seeking a Contractor to serve summons and subpoenas as directed throughout the United States including all U.S. territories (e; g., Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico), and other international locations. Services of process will be separated into four (4) Categories for purposes of this solicitation. Category 1 shall include service of process in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York State (excluding New York City's five boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island and Queens). Category 2 shall include service of process in all other states in the contiguous continental United States. Category 3 shall include service of process in Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Category 4 shall include service of process in Guam and other international locations. Service of process shall be made by Personal Service, Substituted Service or Alternate Service as defined in Section 8 (B) (5) below. If service of process is completed (i.e. Personal, Substitute, Alternate) as required by HRA, it will be considered Successful; if service of process is not completed as required by HRA, it will be considered unsuccessful.
