The New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) through its HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) intends to renew one (1) contract with The Puerto Rican Organization to Motivate, Enlighten and Serve Addicts, Inc. for the provision of non-emergency permanent congregate housing. The renewal term of the contract will be from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2030.
