Under this project, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural features will be restored at five upper Catskill aqueduct chambers. In addition, site restoration, permanent electricity, and security features will be provided at the chambers. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal Navigator at https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public.
