Description

This Project consists of the renovation of the first floor to provide a new building entrance, entrance façade, vestibule, lobby, stair, and ADA compliant ramp. First floor program will be reorganized for proper adjacencies and room sizes, and an effective entrance security sequence. The vacant oil tank room and other underutilized spaces will be renovated to receive relocated cellar equipment. At the cellar, fire separation will be provided between remaining equipment rooms to make them code compliant.
