Description

Questions about this RFP may be submitted in writing to bidsrfps@dany.nyc.gov with a copy to kairyse@dany.nyc.gov no later than February 18, 2026. Questions received after the due date and time will not receive a response. The subject line of the email should read “Questions – PIN 2026SVD16001 Washington Heights/Inwood Intimate Partner Violence Survivor Services.” Answers to all questions will be available as an addendum to this RFP. It will be the responsibility of proposers to check the City Record website to remain up-to-date regarding all addenda issued for this RFP.

Proposals shall be emailed to bidsrfps@dany.nyc.gov with a copy to kairyse@dany.nyc.gov. Please note clearly in the subject line: PIN 2026SVD16001. E-mailed proposals without the PIN noted in the subject line will NOT be accepted by the Agency.

It is anticipated that the term of this contract shall be September 1, 2026 to August 30, 2027. After the contract term, DANY may include two renewal terms for an additional 12 months each, subject to funding availability. DANY reserves the right, prior to contract award, to determine the length of the initial contract term and the option to renew, if any.

CORRECTION: Addendum 1 includes answers to questions submitted in writing before the deadline.
