This is a notice that NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking comments from the public about the proposed contract below.

Contractor: CoherentRx Inc.

Scope of Services: To provide ongoing support for the existing license (Shift Scheduling Genius, Appointment Scheduling Genius + Telehealth Genius, and Appointment Scheduling Genius Solutions) which are specifically tailored to the Bureau of Public Health Clinic's needs, citywide. 

Maximum Value: $1,226,127.74

Term: 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2029, no renewals
