Description

This notice from NYC Office of Technology and Innovation is to seek public comments on the proposed contract detailed below.

Scope of Services: The Agency is in urgent need of a Public Safety Planner who will serve as a critical support function within the project management organization, providing comprehensive scheduling using Microsoft Project, analytical, and administrative support to ensure successful project execution. This role combines strategic planning capabilities with detailed execution support, focusing on schedule optimization, data analysis, document management, and project coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and deliver exceptional organizational outcomes. Without this role, the PSEM division will be unable to support proper processes that need to coordinate technical details among various engineering and operational support teams.

Maximum Value: $172,900.00
