Description

DSS/ITS is requesting for “Hardware and Equipment for 4 WTC Conference Rooms - DSS Classroom and Teleconferencing Rooms". Working with Office of Policy, Procedures and Training (OPPT), ITS must secure new hardware/supplies for our existing conference & training room systems, which are currently unsupported and in need of repairs/replacement. Agency plans to bring the training and conference rooms at 4 WTC to working condition to ensure management and staff have the tools necessary to complete tasks, provide training and schedule meetings. Working tools increase employee productivity, and improved collaboration efforts between staff, vendors and clients. Effective training has been proven to help staff gain and retain new skills efficiently, leading to better job performance. The existing system is old, therefore new equipment/hardware is required to replace non-function equipment. Key Objectives: • Replace non-functional equipment in conference rooms newly purchased hardware • Enhance the overall meeting experience and productivity • Ensure all conference rooms are well-maintained and fully operational Scope: This project will focus on replacing the existing conference & training room with new hardware/equipment systems whenever and wherever needed, prioritizing the replacement of equipment to meet the needs of employees and management effectively.
