The NYC Educational Construction Fund (ECF) will undertake public scoping for the preparation of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).  A public scoping session for 240 Nassau Street has been schedule for January 27, 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm to obtain comments on the Draft Scope of Work. The public scoping session will be conducted as a virtual session.
