Description

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), through The Office of Housing Access and Stability (HAS) is seeking the services of a consultant to provide support and technical assistance related to the implementation of new initiatives and the continued implementation of improvements in its rental subsidy program operations. The consultant will provide consulting services to the Department of Housing and Urban Development's rules and regulations. HAS anticipates utilizing about 775 consulting hours annually and a total of around 3,100 hours over a four-year contract period of time leading to a budget estimate of $650,000.
