Description

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, New York City Department of Design and Construction (“DDC”) intends to enter into sole-source negotiations with RSMEANS with the expectation that RSMEANS will be awarded a three-year contract with the DDC to provide Complete Plus Subscription and support services. 

Any vendor besides RSMEANS that believes it can provide Complete Plus Subscription and support services tailored to meet DDC's needs is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please upload an Expression of Interest in the Documents Submission Section of the Manager Responses tab.
