This is a notice that the Department of Environmental Protection is seeking comment from the public about the proposed contract below.

Scope of Services: On Call Engineering Planning and Preliminary Design Services for various BWT Facilities. Services will be performed on a Task Order basis and may include preliminary design, studies, evaluations, assessments, reviews, inspections and other services.

Maximum Value: $7,000,000.00 

Term: 1825 consecutive calendar days
