FISA-OPA conducted a PASSPort inquiry on 12/04/2025, which revealed no caution or lien for CompCiti Business Solutions. FISA-OPA also conducted a Dun & Bradstreet comprehensive report on CompCiti Business Solutions on 12/04/2024, which revealed no adverse information. CompCiti Business Solutions received a Dun and Bradstreet Viability Score of 3, which signifies a low level of risk, as well as a moderate level in the Probability of Delinquency category (24). CompCiti Business Solutions also received a Dun and Bradstreet Failure Score of 56, indicating a moderate risk of severe financial stress.

FISA-OPA requested pricing from the following M/WBEs to purchase IT Software Support. Below are their submissions and the reason for not responding to the RFQ:

                2.             Compulink Technology Inc — No response

                3.             CompCiti Business Solutions — $28,938.00

CompCiti Business Solutions submitted the lowest quote. FISA-OPA deems the bid to be fair and reasonable. Also, FISA-OPA has extensive experience with CompCiti Business Solutions and remains satisfied with their performance. Therefore, FISA-OPA has determined that CompCiti Business Solutions has the requisite integrity and capability to perform this contract.
