Brooklyn Bridge Park seeks to hire a qualified Owner’s Representative for cost and project management on capital, facilities and maritime construction projects. Tasks to include, but not limited to, comprehensive project program scoping, budget development and tracking, reporting, coordination with regulatory agencies, procurement, and construction oversight. The Owner’s Rep is to act as a consultant, manager and advocate of BBP at all times, working to protect the interest of the Park while delivering projects on time and on budget. The Owner’s Rep primary focus will be the renovation of the Park’s headquarters at 334 Furman St. A $20M project to commence in Summer/Fall 2026.
