Description

BEPA: GX-P-TIBB: Construction for a new water conveyance system consisting of an open channel stream, a closed conduit, greenway. The capital Tibbetts Brook Daylighting project will construct improvements to Hester and Pierro's Mill Pond and create a new stream channel in the southern part of Van Cortlandt Park, which will continue south through a vacant parcel to 232nd Street, and then transition to a pipe which will extend to connect into an existing outfall near the Harlem River. The project will also construct an extension of the Putnam Greenway from its current terminus to W. 230th Street, adjacent to the stream and pipe construction. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
